DreamTab Nabi Review

I purchased this for my 5 year old. After I broke his IPad I figured this would be a great replacement. Boy, was I wrong. We have had 3 of these. Each one having a different issue (described in video). The part that is most frustrating is that customer service nor technical support have answers for the issues we have encountered with their product. Each call results in “Ma’am we do apologize, our advice to you is to take it back to the store”. I started to get my son a Samsung tablet, but for his age, and durability reasons I decided the Dreamtab would be a better choice. I regret that decision.
